01. Will the recipient see the price?
No. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, we consider it a gift. The package will include a delivery slip without prices. The invoice is sent only to you via email.
02. Can the gift be exchanged?
Yes, standard items can be exchanged within 14 days. However, please note that personalized items (with embroidery) are unique and cannot be returned or exchanged.
03. Does personalization affect delivery time?
Yes. Embroidery is a craft that takes time. Please allow an additional 6 to 10 days for processing before shipping. For urgent gifts, we recommend ordering without personalization.
04. Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We use neutral outer packaging with no mention of the brand or contents (especially important for lingerie). The surprise remains intact until the box is opened.
05. Can I include a personal message?
Yes. If you select the Signature Gift Box, you can leave a note in the "Order Instructions" at checkout. We will include a handwritten card with your package.
