01. HOW TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Once you have validated your cart, you will be redirected to the Payment step. You will find the box dedicated to your promo code on this page, just before confirming your payment. The discount will be automatically applied to the total amount.
02. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Shopping on Minuivin is easy. Browse our collections of dressing gowns and bathrobes, select the item you like, choose your size (and customization options if available), then click "Add to Cart". Once you have finished your selection, click on the cart icon to finalize your order.
03. HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER?

08. WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Our dressing gowns and bathrobes are designed to be comfortable. However, to ensure a perfect fit, we strongly advise you to consult the Size Guide available directly on each product page. If you are between two sizes, we often recommend taking the larger one for more comfort.

11. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?
The total delivery time depends on the type of product (standard or personalized) and the shipping method chosen.
1. Processing Time (before shipping):
- Standard Products: Dispatched within 1 to 3 days.
- Personalized Products: Dispatched within 6 to 10 days (time required for manufacturing).
2. Shipping Methods & Times (after dispatch):
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders. Delivery takes 10 to 16 business days.
- Express Shipping: Paid (but Free on orders over €80). Delivery takes 6 to 10 business days.
Once the package has been shipped, you can follow its journey using the tracking number available in the My Order section.
